7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, data is kept for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted.

9. WhatsApp Business Data
Astra Spark integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform via Meta's official API. This privacy policy applies to all Astra Studio products including Astra Atlas, Astra Spark, and Astra Lens available at astrastudio.in and its subdomains including spark.astrastudio.in. When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account to Astra Spark, we access your business messaging data including conversations, contacts, and message templates solely to provide CRM and messaging services within our platform. We do not sell, share, or use WhatsApp conversation data for advertising purposes. WhatsApp data is processed in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy. You can disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account from Astra Spark at any time from the Settings page.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Astra Spark may connect to third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), and email providers. Data accessed from these platforms is used solely to provide the features you have enabled. We do not access more data than necessary and comply with each platform's developer policies.
