1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Astra Studio product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Astra Studio provides business software tools including inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and related services ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you input into Astra Studio products. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You can export your data at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, or using the service for illegal activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
Astra Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it may be permanently deleted.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
