How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a minute.
Does Atlas work without internet?
Yes — fully offline. Bills, inventory updates, and stock adjustments work offline. Data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Export in the Atlas app. CSV export is available on all plans. PDF is available on Growth and above.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Account → Billing in your dashboard, or visit /pricing to compare and upgrade. Changes take effect immediately.
How do I file GSTR-1?
Go to GST → GSTR-1 in Atlas, select the period, and click Export. The file is ready to upload to the GST portal directly.
Can I use Spark without Atlas?
Yes, Spark works standalone. When connected to Atlas, it pulls your real inventory and customer data for smarter campaigns.
